New improved version of NEX10
Our new improved next generation version of our popular NEX10 grade is now able to print darker, faster, sharper and with a higher degree of print durability. We worked hard to develop a single grade that can cover all wax resin applications at a competitive price.
This improved grade can print onto a huge variety of label materials and packaging films from rough medical papers, varnished labels all the way up to the glossiest of packaging films. It prints at a low temperature and utilizes an easy release layer allowing for higher print speeds.
It really is a true drop in replacement grade for any OEM wax resin ribbon as used in industrial near edge printers and in-line TTO coders with no printer adjustments required.
We are offering a large range of sizes available for same day shipping from stock at very competitive prices. Customized sizes are available to order with short lead times if required.
New NEX10-X thin film version
To compliment this new NEX10 grade we have also created the NEX10-X grade which is the same ink formulation but coated onto 4.0micron film allowing for longer length ribbons as supplied by various OEM’s. This allows us to now offer a true drop in replacement range.
New NEX11-W White ribbon grade
Our new improved next generation version of our popular NEX11 white grade is now also able to print with a bolder white image with faster print speeds and more durability. This is the perfect ribbon for printing batch numbers and best before dates on dark packaging where you need this text to really stand out. It also produces a great print contrast on all label materials making it an ideal choice for use on near edge industrial printers.
New UEX40 full resin near edge ribbon
We are introducing the new UEX40 near edge resin that offers superb print results onto a huge variety of label materials and packaging films. This new grade prints at lower temperature compared to other resin formulations allowing for a quicker transfer and higher printing speeds. It prints black dense images with a very high level of print durability. this grade outperforms the competition in abrasion resistance and is the solution to applications such as parts packaging, medical devices, cosmetics, healthcare and pharmaceuticals where that extra print durability is required.
